Then there are rooms that feel confusing or crowded or unfinished. They might look fine at first glance, yet something in the space feels off. Many people notice this and feel frustrated or unsettled, though they may have no idea where to begin or what changes would actually help.
Your first Rooms Reimagined session is a one hour conversation and walkthrough of your space of choice. We look at how you use the room, what feels out of place, and what purpose you want the room to serve in your daily life. I ask thoughtful questions that help find preferences, emotions, sensations, and small details that influence how the room feels. You share what is working and what is not, and together we begin to shape a clear direction.
By the end of this session, you feel grounded and confident. You know the immediate priorities, the vision for the room, and the path we will take next. The overwhelm is gone, replaced with a sense of clarity and possibility.
What’s next?
Within seventy two hours, you’ll receive a complete design video presentation with the new direction for your room. This includes a custom floor plan that outlines an ideal layout, a set of visual design boards that reflect the feeling you want the space to hold, and a written overview that explains the choices behind the design. You also receive a full transcript of our session so you can revisit every idea and insight. What you ultimately walk away with is clarity, vision, understanding, and a clear path forward. You know exactly how to shift your room from “something feels off” to a space that supports your comfort, your flow, and your sense of home.

I combine these observations with the sensory details we discuss to shape a design direction that is both creative and practical.
You then receive your personalized design plan with the floor plan, design boards, color and material guidance, recommendations, and the full transcript. Everything is summarized clearly so you can implement the vision with ease.

Meet your guide.
Hi! I’m Steph Stuer Reynolds, an Associate Broker with NextHome NextGen Realty, and my connection to homes began long before my license. I started my real estate career in 2003 in commercial real estate, which gave me an early understanding of how spaces influence the way people work and live. In 2007 I earned my Texas real estate license and transitioned into residential real estate so I could help families through meaningful home transitions. A few years later, I became a licensed Texas Broker and opened Green Home Residential, which I owned and operated for fourteen years.
Those years shaped my perspective in powerful ways. I toured hundreds of homes annually, listened to countless stories, and saw what truly makes a room feel welcoming. In 2012 I began supporting clients with home renovations, which strengthened my belief that design becomes most impactful when it honors sensation, emotion, and intention rather than trends.
Rooms Reimagined is a natural extension of everything I have learned and everything I care about. When I enter a client’s home, I arrive with genuine curiosity and respect for their space. I want to understand how they live, how they want to feel, and what their room can become with thoughtful design. My role is to offer fresh perspective, creative ideas, and a grounded approach that brings forward the best qualities already present.
My intention is simple. I want you to feel supported, understood, and excited about shaping a room that feels meaningful, comfortable, and aligned with your life.

The DIY option gives you a clear and confident plan you can follow on your own. You receive the full consultation, the custom floor plan, the design boards, the session transcript, and a simple direction for your next step. The experience is $499 per room. Special rate of $199 for bookings by the end of 2025.

Done With You
The Done With You option is a collaborative partnership. We work together to bring the design to life, adjust the layout, and create the refreshed version of your room side by side. Most DWY transformations are completed in under one week. The service is $999 per week.
